VuWall Introduces its Application Server to Securely Share and Control Websites and Applications on Video Walls

VuWall, a technology leader in video wall control systems and unified visualization solutions, is launching the Application Server, a cost-effective appliance for streaming, sharing, controlling and visualizing websites and applications across AV/IT networks. The Application Server is a scalable and versatile solution that simplifies video wall deployments by providing quick access to websites, dashboards and applications from a single, centralized source.

“In today’s control rooms and corporate workspaces, visualizing content from websites and applications is a must. Hercules Stands Launches “Saved by Hercules” Campaign

Hercules Stands celebrates their 20th anniversary with the launch of the “Saved by Hercules” campaign honoring the brand’s history of protecting instruments worldwide. For over two decades, Hercules Stands have proven to be the most trustworthy and reliable source of dependable stands for musicians, whether they are on stage, in the studio, or at home.

The “Saved by Hercules” campaign is designed to educate players on the dangers of instrument damage that can be caused by inferior stands. From falling instruments to discoloration and deterioration, the results can be devastating. Low quality stands can include materials that react with lacquer finishes. “Stand damage” is a harsh reality that many musicians unfortunately discover after it is too late. Hercules is on a mission to save instruments from this harmful fate.

Cobalt Digital Turns 25!

Cobalt Digital is turning 25! The designer and manufacturer of award-winning edge and processing devices for live video production and master control, and a founding partner in the openGear® initiative, has been serving a broad section of industries, ranging from Pro AV applications to Broadcast networks since being established in 1997 by founder Gene Zimmerman.

Explained Zimmerman, “In 1997, George Hoover of NEP asked if I could design and fabricate a modest number of SDI to analog converter boxes. I gladly complied and developed what would become our first product, the 4010 (named for a tractor that I drove in my youth on my family’s farm). The modest quantity manufactured for that model grew into requests for thousands of units and led to an extended range of conversion products. And Cobalt Digital was born. I even took home a Pick Hit award from NAB 1998 for that original model, followed by many other awards over the past 25 years.”
