Renewed Vision Solutions Enable Exceptional Online Event Success for Q 2020 Virtual Summit

Tennessee-based Q Ideas hosts live events that convene leaders for insightful conversations about current issues at the intersection of faith and culture. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the annual Q 2020 Conference to go virtual, the production companies behind the event leveraged software from Renewed Vision to quickly create an engaging digital experience that far surpassed the reach of the original in-person plan.

The Q 2020 Virtual Summit took place April 22 and 23, providing an interactive online learning experience featuring two days of inspiring talks, audience participation, Q&A with presenters, and educational resources. Yamaha CP OS v1.4 Offers More Performance Options to CP73 and CP88 Stage Pianos with Stunning New Voices

Yamaha today introduced the CP OS v1.4 update for the CP73 and CP88 stage pianos. With new Voices, improved workflow and additions to the popular Sub Section, the CP73 and CP88 once again set the bar for intuitive operation, sound and playability in a professional instrument.

The new Nashville C3 Voice offers players an inspiring vintage grand piano sound with the characteristic sounds of Nashville. The samples were processed using analog tape at Yamaha Entertainment Group studios in order to create its vintage character. The new CF3 Live Voice was added at players’ request for the second characteristic sound of the Yamaha CP300 stage piano after the addition of the CFIII acoustic grand piano in the previous update. The CP300 is known for being able to cut through dense arrangements, with a bright, powerful sound. The Voice has been optimized for an even better presence in a mix and will be featured prominently in large line-ups.

Both microphones are manufactured with high-quality materials at the company’s manufacturing facility in Heilbronn, Germany. Each microphone has a tough die-cast zinc housing and compact design, features that enable them to excel in both the studio and on stage. beyerdynamic invited Jost Nickel, the drummer for the funk and pop band Jan Delay & Disko No. 1, to become the first musician to put the new microphones to the test during a recording session at the company’s studio in Germany.

Ready For Action: The Canon EOS C70 4K Digital Cinema Camera Packs Cinema EOS Imaging Features Into Still Camera Ergonomics

Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, is excited to announce the company's first-ever RF mount Cinema EOS camera, the EOS C70 4K Digital Cinema Camera. When the Canon RF mount was first introduced, imaging professionals began to dream about the possibilities that this revolutionary mount system might provide them. One request that Canon consistently heard was to put an RF mount on a Cinema EOS camera so that future lens performance could capitalize on the short flange depth. Just two short years later, those wishes have come true with the new C70 camera.

The unique design of the EOS C70 camera puts a significant emphasis on operational convenience for the end-user. The small form-factor, weighing only 2.6lbs., allows the camera to be easily handheld and dramatically enhances a videographer's mobility, providing a seamless bridge between the EOS and Cinema EOS families for cinematic applications. Cleverly designed, the camera features a slim, motorized ND filter unit – having a mere 6mm depth – that is built into the short flange back of the RF mount. The motorized 10-stop ND filter provides users with the flexibility to control exposure while keeping the desired depth-of-field and capturing images that feature the desired level of bokeh. Thirteen customizable buttons allow users to select from more than 80 functions to be assigned based on individual preferences.
