To further enhance our service to dealers and sales partners in the US, d&b audiotechnik Americas has appointed Adam Kissel as Customer Service Manager, effective May 1.

Reporting to Eric Mayer, VP of Sales, North America, Adam brings a wealth of experience and skills, having worked in customer service leadership for over ten years. In his previous role, Adam managed a team of customer service supervisors and ensured that customers received exceptional service. Adam holds a BA in Music Ed from the University of Georgia and a MA in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University. In his new position, Kissel will establish and lead a state-of-the-art Customer Service Department that will embody the d&b system by providing world-class sales fulfillment services to clients of d&b audiotechnik with the utmost attention to detail.  He will oversee the overall workflow and team activities of the Customer Service Department, defining and monitoring processes as well as guiding the team along with the d&b corporate strategy.
