Leading AV distribution innovator Blustream is heading to InfoComm 2022, where it will showcase its lineup of advanced AV distribution solutions in booth W2761 in the new West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Blustream highlights will include video-over-IP solutions ranging from the new SDVoE Multicast UHD transceiver to the ultra-flexible Contractor Series for HD distribution; collaboration solutions including a multifunction 4K presentation switch for meeting spaces and classrooms; a brand-new Dante-enabled power amplifier; and of course, multiple extender sets including solutions for unconverted 18Gbps HDMI over HDBaseT.

“InfoComm 2022 will be an opportunity for integrators to see firsthand all the energy we’ve put into introducing Blustream to the U.S. market,” said Jason Fitzgerald, Blustream U.S. Product Manager. “We look forward to sharing the advantages that have made Blustream an international leader in AV signal distribution systems.”

The Blustream video-over-IP line is led by the SDVoE IP500UHD-TZ 4K multicast UHD transceiver and ACM500 control module for delivering the highest quality 4K 60Hz, 4:4:4 video with zero-latency bi-directional 1Gb Ethernet pass-through. The IP500UHD-TZ is ideal for 18Gbps HDMI installations where multiple transceivers can be combined with one or more 10GbE copper/fiber switches to form a distributed video matrix, multi-viewer, or video wall system. The ACM500 builds on the Blustream ACM line to deliver configuration, control, and monitoring of the Blustream SDVoE 10GbE multicast system and intuitive drag-and-drop source selection and video preview.

With essentially no limitation on project size, the Contractor Series IP50HD is an ultra-flexible 1080p transmitter and receiver pair with unrivalled installation opportunities. They are perfectly suited for a range of commercial applications requiring robust HD video-over-IP support, such as command and control rooms, digital signage, and workstation management installations. The IP50HD-TX 1080p HDMI transmitter and the IP50HD-RX 1080p HDMI video scaling receiver use H.265 compression technology to deliver HDMI, as well as bi-directional IR, RS-232, and USB/KVM, up to 100 meters over a standard 1Gb network architecture.

For collaboration, the Blustream AMF41W 4K Advanced Wireless Presentation Switch enables a BYOD solution that eliminates the complexity of setting up guest networks. Simplifying content sharing in boardrooms, conference rooms, huddle rooms, and classrooms, the AMF41W is interoperable with AirPlay and Miracast from computers and mobile devices while the onboard Wi-Fi hotspot means guests can join in and present quickly and easily.

The multi-format HEX70HDUK-KIT extender set is an HDMI 2.0, 4K 60Hz, 4:4:4 (18Gbps), HDCP2.2, HDBaseT solution using CSC technology to deliver HDMI, USB-C, and DisplayPort over a single Cat cable. This enables easy sharing of cameras, microphones, and other peripherals directly from a user’s device into the conference room.

The new NPA100DA Dante-enabled networked power amplifier offers advanced audio integration to commercial AV installations. For conference and meeting rooms, the NPA100DA is a versatile solution for delivering amplification for presentation and background audio. With its microphone input and integrated audio-ducking capabilities, it is also ideal for live event applications such as lecture halls and small auditoriums. Its compact size and single-cable connectivity make it perfect for small to medium-sized rooms where a larger, more powerful amp would be costly and unnecessary. Boasting an array of switchable inputs, this versatile amplifier can connect to both consumer and professional equipment.

Blustream sets the bar high for UHD video signal distribution with its latest extender and extender sets. New products include the HEX18GARC-KIT. Where uncompressed, unconverted 18Gbps HDMI over HDBaseT is desired, the HEX18GARC-KIT uses the latest HDBaseT technology for the distribution of bit-for-bit 4K HDMI video and audio up to 328 feet over a single Cat6A cable, with support for USB 2.0/KVM, eARC, ARC, and 1Gb Ethernet pass-through. At InfoComm 2022, Blustream will also showcase new USB and KVM extension solutions.
