Under Desalernos’ leadership, the company will enter a new chapter as AMI 2.0. This relaunch reflects significant new investments designed to enhance operations and strengthen customer support, including:
- Automation and proprietary platforms to streamline order processing, confirmations, quotes, and AR/AP functions.
- Upgraded internal systems that free the team to focus on relationships, sales, customer service, demos, consulting, and design.
- Enhanced digital presence with a new website and expanded marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and leading AV publications.
A well-known and respected presence in the pro AV industry, Desalernos brings nearly three decades of experience in audiovisual sales, distribution, and product design. He previously served as director of sales at Furman Power, where he successfully expanded market share by 30 percent through strategic product representation and strong client partnerships.
“This transition is about building on the strong foundation Aldridge Marketing has established over its successful history while embracing modernization for the future,” said Desalernos. “Through AMI 2.0, we look forward to working closely with our partners and customers to explore new opportunities and deliver the same high-quality support and expertise they expect from our team.”
The ownership change will be seamless for existing customers. All contracts, partnerships, and service agreements remain unchanged, and there will be no disruption to ongoing projects, deliveries, or customer service. Ms. Aldridge, who helped shape Aldridge Marketing into a trusted partner for the professional AV community, will remain involved in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition.
