BenQ, an internationally renowned provider of visual display solutions, will host a must-see, hands-on, and information-packed experience for educators in Booth 1246 at ISTELive 24, June 23-26 in Denver. Teachers will be in the driver’s seat at the booth, with fellow teachers showing how the award-winning EDLA-certified BenQ Boards can be used to level up engagement and collaboration in the classroom for flexible, inquiry-based learning while allowing educators to teach, prepare, access, and deliver lessons their way. Educators also will see the new 4LED LW600ST projector and InstaShow wireless presentation system.

“At BenQ, we’re passionate about partnering with schools and educators so they have solutions that allow them to teach their way,” said Carly Burton-Sallay, senior marketing manager at BenQ Education. “At our booth, you’ll find educators demonstrating how they were able to get started using our BenQ Boards right away in the way they like best while driving transformative learning experiences. Come see for yourself why our smart boards are a great fit for any teacher and any classroom in this exciting era of learning!”

BenQ Board RP04 Empowers Teachers to Teach Their Way
Educators can teach their way with the BenQ Board Pro RP04, the first interactive display fully integrated with Google Mobile Services (GMS). GMS integration offers schools easier access to Google Play and Google Classroom, a more native experience when using Google Search and other Android applications, and built-in security features that protect schools from cybersecurity risks. A fully redesigned user interface features a home screen that allows users to either type or speak to start browsing lesson content from the Google Search bar. The GMS-integrated RP04 delivers unprecedented teaching and IT management flexibility. Educators can personalize learning using relevant apps, while IT managers tailor the board to their school’s needs. The displays also make learning accessible to more students, with text-to-speech so students can hear text as it is displayed or written on screen, and multilingual translation, which provides resources in different languages. With BenQ’s centralized user and device management, schools can easily transition to using BenQ Boards without additional configurations. As with the previous generations of the BenQ Board, the RP04 features BenQ’s EZWrite whiteboarding software, its InstaShare wireless screen-sharing solution, the industry’s first antimicrobial touchscreen, and Eyesafe, which protects users’ eyesight from harmful blue light, flicker and more.

Visitors can take a deep dive into all that BenQ Board can do through live demonstrations from fellow educators, including:

  • “What You Might Not Know About the BenQ Board” led by Leslie Fisher, director of Fisher Technologies
  • “Connecting Classrooms to the World: BenQ Interactive Boards As Bridges to Experiential Learning” with Heather Brantley from Pine Tree ISD

  • “Exploring the Untouchables (with Merge),” led by Heather Brantley, an experienced educator and founder of HeatherTechEdu

In addition, BenQ will show its LW600ST projector. The LW600ST introduces a major paradigm shift in projection technology. The lamp-free, filter-free, and short-throw WXGA projector boasts 4LED technology to produce a bright, 2,800-ANSI lumen picture with 95% Rec. 709 color coverage for accurate projection and a high 20,000:1 native contrast for sharp images. In addition to eliminating lamps, the LW600ST features 15% less power consumption and a chassis made from recycled plastic — helping schools cut down on waste, curb energy use, and achieve sustainable best practices.

At the show, attendees also will want to see the new InstaShow VS20 wireless hybrid classroom presentation solution, which is now available under BenQ’s “Teach Your Way” Projector Program. The latest in the WPS Series, the InstaShow VS20 facilitates seamless collaboration with up to four devices displayed simultaneously. It integrates wireless presentation, conferencing, and advanced microphone technology into an intuitive, all-in-one button system. Perfect for hybrid classrooms, it connects within six seconds to various devices, supporting USB-C or HDMI connections, and ensures crisp, secure content delivery with 4K UHD presentation. The system enhances audio with an omnidirectional wireless microphone and prioritizes data and network security with robust cybersecurity measures.
