Migration Will Deliver Unified and Streamlined Customer Experience
C2G, a brand of Legrand, today announced that the C2G.com website will officially migrate to LegrandAV.com, marking a strategic step in aligning the C2G brand more closely with the broader Legrand | AV portfolio. Beginning on December 5, 2025, all traffic to C2G.com will automatically redirect to a dedicated C2G product destination at www.legrandav.com/products/c2g, where customers will continue to access the full C2G catalog, product information, warranty details, and technical resources.

As part of the transition, customers who currently purchase directly through C2G.com will find the same functionality on LegrandAV.com, including the ability to browse by part number, review technical specifications, access resources, and use the robust MyAccount portal tools for quotes, orders, tracking, and returns. Customers without a Legrand | AV account may continue purchasing through trusted channel partners, which will all remain fully supported purchasing paths.
All existing orders placed before December 5 will be processed normally, and customer service, technical support, and warranty assistance will continue without interruption. Customers will still receive the same high-quality service from the same support teams they rely on today, including dedicated contact channels for order questions, technical needs, and after-sales support.
Legrand | AV will continue to update customers and partners through email communications, ensuring clarity around purchasing options, MyAccount portal access, and support resources. No customer account data will be transferred from C2G.com, ensuring privacy and fresh control of user credentials as customers create or use MyAccount portal profiles directly on LegrandAV.com.
