Woodbury, NY, August 2, 2019 — 80-year-old First Alliance Church (FAC) in Calgary, Alberta produces two distinct live video feeds of their services, each optimized for a particular purpose – image magnification (IMAG) to enrich the worship experience for on-site visitors, and online streaming to reach congregants unable to attend in person. Overhauling their production infrastructure to HD, FAC purchased four Z-HD5500 cameras from Hitachi Kokusai Electric America, Ltd. (Hitachi Kokusai) to capture high-quality video for both applications while accurately reproducing the church’s rich LED lighting effects.
EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ, JULY 25, 2019 – Masque Sound, a leading theatrical sound reinforcement and installation company, announced the launch of its Production Services division (MPS). The newly created division provides equipment rentals and production services for live and recorded events for clients outside of Masque Sound’s proven Broadway theater productions business. For many people, their first introduction to C4 Church is through an image or a video posted on social media by someone in their network. We want to create media that inspires faith, draws people closer to Jesus Christ, and breaks down barriers or negative stereotypes that people have about what they think church is like.

The legendary coach Vince Lombardi once quipped that “football is two things: blocking and tackling.” Although quarterbacks and running backs receive most of the glory, it’s the fundamentals, believed Lombardi, that actually win football games. The team at Morris Integration followed a similar philosophy when they stepped into Shiloh Church for the first time in early 2018.
A dynamic house of worship in the heart of Oakland, Shiloh was looking to improve the technical production of its services for worshippers at the church, as well as for those streaming services online. Ultimately, Morris Integration was able to provide the church with more dynamic stage lighting by installing CHAUVET Professional fixtures. However, as their team pointed out to the church, before they did that, they should also address something more fundamental: the quality of its house lighting.

After consulting with church management to ascertain their goals and expectations, Joshua Kell, Chief Executive Officer of Horizon AVL, penned a system consisting of six PreSonus CDL12 Constant Directivity Loudspeakers augmented by two CDL18s Active Subwoofers.
