Piksel Faith to present one-hour session titled “How Tech Leaders Can Build An Effective Digital Strategy” at WFX

Piksel Faith, the newly re-branded religious division of global video provider Piksel, today announced it is sponsoring the WFX Conference & Expo in Dallas, TX, on October 1-2. The company will live stream the event to audiences around the world as well as holding a presentation session entitled “How Tech Leaders Can Build an Effective Digital Strategy.” The company will also demonstrate its leading video technologies for houses of worship at its booth (#117).

Visitors to Piksel Faith’s booth will be able to see hands-on demonstrations of the company’s Digital Church™ portfolio, which enables ministries to grow their online audiences and achieve a greater return through live streaming and video-on-demand through the internet, connected TV, mobile and social apps. At the heart of the Digital Church™ is the Piksel Video Platform, which uses cloud-based technologies to easily upload, manage, and share video content to any device. In the last year alone, the Piksel Video Platform has streamed more than six billion views and 40,000 live events.

“WFX gives us an invaluable opportunity to network with important members of the Christian faith community, as well as demonstrate our live streaming capabilities and video technologies which are enabling churches to expand their reach in new directions and generate dedicated online audiences,” commented Alan Riley, Vice President of Sales, Piksel Faith. “Our session on how technology leaders can maximize their digital strategies comes at an opportune time; our research indicates that the church market is moving to the internet at a rapid pace, with half of today’s Christian Millennials looking online to find spiritual engagement in video.”

The one-hour symposium will highlight how technical directors can develop effective strategies for managing the technology and digital services used in their churches, which is becoming more pertinent as more than half of churchgoers currently search for spiritual content online. Session speakers include Robert Coletti, Director of Client Services for Piksel Faith; Alan Riley, VP of Sales for Piksel Faith; and John Darsey, Pastor at Redeemer Church in Georgia. It will be held on Wednesday, October 1 from 10:15 – 11:15 CT in room D174.

Piksel Faith has also been nominated for the New Product Award sponsored by Worship Facilities in the Digital Signage category, with the winners announced at the WFX Block Party Ceremony held, October 1, 2014 at 6pm.
