HOSA TECHNOLOGY PROMOTES LASSEGARD TO MARKETING MANAGER

New position entails oversight of company’s brand image

HosaKLassegard_HiHosa Technology, the leading innovator of analog and digital connectivity solutions for the modern musician, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Lassegard to the position of Marketing Manager. With a background that encompasses serving as Hosa’s marketing coordinator and web marketing manager over the past four plus years—in addition to his studio recording and information technology experience—Lassegard’s background makes him an ideal choice for his new position. He is stationed at Hosa’s headquarters in Buena Park and commenced work in his new capacity in January.

As Hosa Technology‘s new Marketing Manager, Lassegard oversees a number of crucial operations for the company. These include developing and executing the organization’s advertising and promotional activities, including print, electronic media, and trade show activities. In addition to directing copywriters, graphic artists, and web developers in the creation of the company’s web content, he also writes, designs, or edits the company’s promotional and collateral materials. Further, he oversees all design and usability aspects of the company’s websites in support of Hosa’s overall sales and marketing initiatives. Rounding out his list of new responsibilities, he communicates with outside advertising agencies regarding ongoing campaigns (both traditional and online), negotiates ad contracts, terms, and placement, and assists sales management in working with strategic partners to ensure Hosa’s brands are fully and properly realized on their websites.

Lassegard has been with Hosa Technology since September 2010 when he was originally hired as a technical support representative. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated a firm grasp of the company’s operations. Having demonstrated his ability to identify company objectives and see them through to completion, Lassegard is well suited for his new position within the Hosa organization. Lassegard commented on his new role, “Over the past several years, Hosa has developed a very diversified brand portfolio, with all of it focused on connectivity solutions and special products for the MI, pro audio, and audio-visual markets. I’ve been fortunate to have been involved in many of these endeavors from the ground up and, as a result, I have gained invaluable experience. It is this experience that has prepared me for the next step within the organization and I look forward to taking Hosa to the next level.”
