Daktronics Continues Decades-Long Partnership With NACDA

Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, has renewed a sponsorship contract with the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) that builds on a partnership that spans more than two decades. The new three-year contract shows Daktronics’ continued dedication and support for collegiate athletics.

“As a leader in video and messaging display technologies, Daktronics has been an integral part of NACDA and its affiliates for over 20 years, especially the Salute Concert for the Wounded Warrior Project at our annual Convention,” said NACDA Executive Director Bob Vecchione. “We are excited to have Daktronics with us in this momentous year, as we celebrate our 50th anniversary as an organization, and for many years to come.”

The contract includes sponsorship of multiple NACDA events. Daktronics is a Presenting Sponsor of the FBS Leadership summit surrounding the new college football playoffs and is an event sponsor for the annual NACDA Convention which includes an exhibitor booth, providing displays to support the convention and co-sponsoring the Salute Concert for the Wounded Warriors Project. The past two years, NACDA and Daktronics presented a check to the Wounded Warriors Project for more than $30,000 to help support our troops returning from active duty.
