Georgia Church Stays With Yamaha
Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church in Johns Creek, Georgia recently added two CL5s and CL1 Digital Audio Console to its sanctuary; a CL5 and CL1 are located at the front of house location and the second CL5 at monitors. Muzeek World of Corona, CA was responsible for the upgrade. Long familiar with Yamaha digital consoles having owned a 96-channel PM1D, the CL console set up will enable the church to cascade the two front of house consoles together for the desired channel count necessary for the sanctuary.
“The CL5 will also be used as a Broadcast console, set up as a stereo board and integrated with Nuendo for multi-tracking,” states John Sardari, senior AV account manager for Muzeek World.
The 2500-seat Mount Pisgah UMC currently has over 2500 members in its congregation. Two services are held on Sunday, both traditional and contemporary, with full orchestra and a 100-voice choir along with rhythm section and soloists.
